When the city was built by humans and for humans, we forgot to consider non-humans in the design. In this anthropocentric era, where the end of an era might be caused by humans, we think only of ourselves, and at the same time, we destroy ourselves as well.

This website provides information about non-humans in Glasgow, both currently and historically. These are just small bits of the many non-human relationships that have occurred in Glasgow. I hope these selections may reignite awareness of the non-human existence in the city.
